Kasabay din na inanunsiyo ni Presidential Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro ang ilang bagong opisyal ng Office of the Executive Secretary.
Si Logan ay nagsilbi bilang deputy executive secretary for legal affairs ng Philippine National Railways (PNR).
Siya ang nakatalaga sa board of directors ng PNR na nagrerepresenta noon sa Office of the President.
Dagdag pa ni Castro na si Logan ay mayroong malawak na law practice sa Civil and Criminal Litigation; Family, Labor and Human Settlements Adjudication Commission Cases, Corporate and Commercial practice for financial technology companies, real estate development entities at Non Government Organization.
