Magsasagawa umano ng ikalawang autopsy repory ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) forensic team sa PNP sa bangkay ng Philippine Airlines (PAL) attendant na si Christine Dacera.
Ayon kay Justice Sec. Menardo Guevarra, inatasan na niya si NBI OIC chief Eric Distor na agad magbigay sa kanya ng update kaugnay ng isasagawang autopsy report.
Maliban dito, nakikipagpag-ugnayan na rin umano ang NBI forensic medicine team sa Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) para alamin ang totoong sanhi ng kamatayan ng 23-anyos na attendant.
“The NBI forensic medicine team is presently providing assistance to and coordinating with the PNP makati SOCO to determine the true cause of death of Christine Dacera,” ani Guevarra.
Samantala, muli namang nilinaw ng kalihim na kailangan pa nilang hintayin ang pormal na paghahain ng reklamo ng mga pulis laban sa mga itinuturong suspek sa pagkamtay ni Dacera bago ito mag-isyu ng anomang travel alert.
Puwde rin daw itong gamitin para maglabas ang Bureau of Immigration ng Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) kapag mayroong humingi nitong interesadong mga partikdo.
Kapag mayroon umanong sapat na ebidensiya ay maari nang mag-request ang prosecutor sa proper court na mag-isyu ng precautionary hold departure order (HDO) habang hindi pa isinasagawa ang inquest at preliminary investigation sa kaso.
“We have to await the formal filing of a complaint by the police, so that we’ll have a basis for the issuance of a travel alert, or an ILBO upon request of any interested party. If the evidence is substantial enough, the prosecutor may request the proper court for the issuance of a precautionary HDO pending inquest or preliminary investigation, as the case may be,” dagdag ni Guevarra.
Una rito, humingi na rin ng tulong kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pamilya Dacera na manghimasok na sa isyu para mabigyang hustisya ang pagkamatay ni Christine.
