Ipinagdarasal ng Malacanang ang mabilis na recovery ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Archie Gamboa at pitong iba pa, matapos ang kinasangkutang pagbagsak ng helicopter sa San Pedro, Laguna, pasado alas-8:00 kaninang umaga.
“I pray for the immediate recovery of PNP Chief Dir. Gen. Archie Gamboa and the rest of the passengers rescued from the chopper,” ani Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar.
Sa panig naman ni Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo, tututukan nila ang imbestigasyon sa insidente.
“The Palace is monitoring the developments following the crash of a helicopter carrying General Archie Francisco Gamboa, Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), in San Pedro, Laguna this morning, March 5,” saad ni Panelo.
Una nang naiulat na patungo sana sa Camp Vicente Lim sa Calamba City, Laguna.
Kabilang pa sa lulan ng helicopter sina PNP spokesperson B/Gen. Bernard Banac, PNP comptrollership chief M/Gen. Jovic Ramos, PNP intelligence director M/Gen. Mariel Magaway, gayundin ang aide ni Gamboa, dalawang piloto, at isang helicopter technician.
