Pinangunahan ni PNP Chief PGen. Dionardo Carlos kasama ang PNP Command Group na sina Lt. Gen. Joselito Vera Cruz, Deputy Chief for Administration (TDCA) at Lt. Gen. Israel Ephraim Dickson, Deputy Chief for Operations (TDCO) ang pagpapanumpa sa tungkulin kahapon ng 150 bagong-promote na opisyal sa National Headquarters na sinabayan ng oath-taking ceremonies sa mga Police Regional Offices (PRO) at National Support Units (NSU).
