Inanunsiyo ngayon ng Supreme Court (SC) na suspendido ang operasyon ng korte sa lahat ng lebel bukas sa ilang area sa bansa dahil sa bagyong Karding.
Sa memorandum na pirmado ni acting Chief Justice Marvic Leonen, sinabi nitong ang lahat ng levels of courts sa Regions 3, 4 at 5 at National Capital Region (NCR) ay suspendido.
“For court not mentioned, Executive Judges are granted the authority to suspend work in their respective stations following the guidelines in OCA Circular No. 51-2020 dated February 5, 2020,” ani Leonen.
Kung maalala, nakataas na sa ngayon ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 5 sa Polillo Islands at extreme northern portion ng Quezon kabilang na ang northern at central portions ng General Nakar at northeastern portion ng Infanta sa Region 4-A.
Nakataas na rin ang signal number 5 sa Pampanga, Tarlac at Metro Manila.
