Inilabas ngayon ni Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Sec. Ramon Lopez ang listahan ng mga industries na papayagang mag-operate ngayong nasa ilalim ng modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) ang National Capital Region (NCR) Plus.
Pero ayon kay Lopez, ang mga industriya ay maaaring mag-operateng limited o full capacity.
Kabilang sa 10 industries ang dental at rehabilitation clinics na mag-o-operate ng 50 percent capacity on-site.
Kasama rin dito ang veterinary clinics, media establishments, bangko, pawnshops, money transfer services, capital markets, water supply, janitorial/sanitation services, energy sector, telecommunication companies, internet service provider, cable television provider, airline at aircraft maintenance, mga piloto at crew employees ng aviation schools, ship captains at crew ng shipyard operations at repair.
Ang mga papayagan namang mag-operate ng full capacity sa ilalim ng MECQ ay ang mga public at private hospitals, health emergency at frontline services, medicine manufacturers, industries na may kaugnayan sa agriculture, logistics service provides, manufacturing gaya ng food at essential goods, mga kumpanyang nagma-manufacture ng construction materials, essential retail trade groceries, hardware office supplies, bicycle at laundry shops, water refilling stations, restaurants at mga karinderyang na limitado sa take out at delivery, financial service provides, Business Process Outsourcing at public transport.
Ang mga negosyo namang hindi pinayagang magbukas na nasa ilalim ng MECQ ay ang mga entertainment venues na mayroong live performers, cinemas, recreational venues gaya ng internet cafes, arcades at iba pa, amusement parks, outdoor sports courts o mga venue para sa mga sports, indoor sports courts o venues, gyms, spas, swimming pools at iba pa.
Sa mga mahilig sa sugal, bawal din ang mga casino, horse racing, cockfighting o sabong, operation ng cockpits, lottery at betting shops at iba pang gaming establishments maliban na lamang sa mga draws na isasagawa ng Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
Kabilang pa rito ang indoor visitor o tourist attractions, libraries, archives, museums, galleries, at cultural shows at exhibits, outdoor tourist attractions, venues para sa mga meeting, incentives, conferences at exhibitions, personal care services kabilang an ang mga beauty salons, beauty parlors, medical aesthetic clinics at iba pa.
Maging ang homes service ng mga naturang aktibidad ay bawal din.
Para sa indoor dine-in services, ang mga hotels o accommodation establishments na may accreditation sa Department of Tourism (DoT) ang papayagan pero ipinagbabawala ng pagtanggap ng mga guests para sa mga legitimate purposes .
Kung pag-uusapan naman ang age restrictions, sinabi ni Lopez na puwedeng babaan ng mga local government units (LGUs) ng hanggang 15-anyos ang mga papayagang lumabas sa labas ng kanilang mga bahay para sa essential reasons.
