Nanawagan si US President-elect Joe Biden sa kaniyang mga kababayan ng “unity and cooperation” sa kaniyang victory speech na isinagawa sa Wilmington, Delaware, matapos siyang idineklarang panalo.
Sa talumpati ni Biden, nangako ito bilang Pangulo ng Amerika, at gagawin daw niya ang lahat na magkaisa ang buong bansa.
“This is the time to heal America, We must restore the soul of America,” pahayag pa ni Biden.
Nanawagan naman si Biden sa mga voters na sumuporta kay US President Donald Trump na bigyan ng tiyansa ang bawat isa.
Aniya siya rin naman ay natalo na noon ng ilang beses.
Lubos naman ang pasasalamat ni Biden sa American people sa kumpiyansa at “confidence” na ibinigay sa kaniya bilang ika-46th President ng United States.
“I understand the disappointment tonight. I’ve lost a couple of times myself. But now, let’s give each other a chance,” wika par45 ni Biden. ‘”pledge to be a president who seeks not to divide, but unify, who is the see red states and blue states, but only sees the United States.”
‘I sought this office to rebuild the soul of America, to rebuild the backbone of this nation, the middle class and to make America respected around the world again,” dagdag pa ni Biden.” I believe at our best “America’s a beacon for the globe.”
“Our nation is shaped by the constant battle between our better angels and our darkest impulses. And what presidents say in this battle matters. It’s time for our better angels to prevail.”
“Tonight the whole world is watching America, and I believe that at our best, America is a beacon for the globe. We will lead not only by the example of our power, but by the power of our example,” pahayag pa ni Biden.
