CAIRO – Balik na sa paglalayag ang lahat ng barkong na-stranded sa Suez Canal matapos maantala ng humambalang na Ever Green container ship noong nakaraang buwan.

Batay sa report ng Suez Canal Authority (SCA), nakabiyahe na muli ang huling 61 barko na naapektuhan ng insidente.

Tinatayang 422 na barko ang pansamantalang nahintuan ng biyahe noong Marso matapos bumara sa Suez Canal ang Ever Green container ship, na isa sa pinakamalaking contianer ship sa buong mundo.

“In total, 85 ships had been due to pass through the canal on Saturday including 24 ships that arrived after Ever Given was dislodged, the SCA said,” ayon sa artikulo ng Reuters.

Nagsimula nang mag-imbestiga ang SCA sa pinagmulan ng insidente na tumagal ng anim na araw mula noong March 23.

“The investigation is going well and will take two more days, then we will announce the results,” ani Osama Rabie, SCA chairman.

Malaki ang papel na ginagampanan ng Suez Canal sa kalakalan ng mga bansa, lalo na sa bahagi ng Africa at Middle East. (Reuters)
