Pansamantalang isasara ng Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ang head office nito sa Pasay City bukas, July 27, matapos mag-positibo sa COVID-19 ang ilan sa kanilang mga personnel.
Sa isang advisory, sinabi ni GSIS President and General Manager Rolando Macasaet na tatagal hanggang July 29, Miyerkules ang pagdi-disinfect sa kanilang gusali.
Bukod sa head office, isasara rin daw muna ang opisina ng GSIS sa branch nito sa Quezon City.
“We are now thoroughly disinfecting the two offices as well as conducting contact tracing and monitoring of employees who tested positive for the virus,” ani Macasaet.
Sa kabila nito, tiniyak ng opisyal na tuloy pa rin ang serbisyo ng kanilang mga empleyado sa pamamagitan ng alternative work arrangements.
“Our members, pensioners and other clients may transact with us through our online facilities for loans and claims by emailing the required documents to the designated email addresses published in our website.”
Maaari rin daw magsubmit ang pensioners ng kanilang requirements para sa Annual Pensioners Revalidation (APIR), sa pamamagitan ng email.
“We will interview them through Viber, FB messenger, Skype or Zoom after we have received their requirements.”
Pinayuhan ni Macasaet ang kanilang pensioners at iba pang kliyente na makipag-ugnayan sa contact center na may numerong: (8-847-4747), at Facebook page na @gsis.ph.
