Talk about 1-2 combo then it should be Joel Embiid and James Harden.

After officially finishing their regular season with a 54-28 record, third in the Eastern Conference, the dynamic duo of the Philadelphia 76ers also made history by becoming the first pair of teammates to lead the lead in regular season in points and in assists since George Gervin and Johnny Moore in 1981-82.

Embiid, the frontrunner for the MVP, averaged 33.1 points to go along with 10.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists on 54.8 shooting from the field. Meanwhile, former MVP Harden was dishing 10.7 assists per game plus his 21.0 points, and 6.1 rebounds averages.

With a successful regular season run, the 76ers are looking for a deeper postseason run this time.
