Nasa halos 280,000 na kabuuang bilang ng mga tinamaan ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19) sa Pilipinas, ayon sa Department of Health (DOH).
Sa inilabas na case bulletin ng ahensya, nadagdagan pa ng 3,257 ang mga kaso ng sakit sa bansa, na may total na ngayong 279,526.
Ayon sa Health department, 20 laboratoryo ang bigong makagpasa ng kanilang report kahapon sa kanilang COVID-19 Data Repository System (CDRS). Kabilang dito ang:

“Of the 3,257 reported cases today, 2,628 (81%) occurred within the recent 14 days (September 5 – September 18, 2020). The top regions with cases in the recent two weeks were NCR (815 or 31%), Region 4A (494 or 19%), and Region 6 (241 or 9%).”
Samantala, ang bilang ng mga nagpapagaling pa ay nasa 65,906.
Nadagdagan din ang numero ng mga recoveries sa 733, kaya ang total ng mga gumaling ay pumapalo na ng 208,790. Habang 47 ang additional sa total deaths na 4,830.
“Of the 47 deaths, 18 occurred in September (38%), 13 in August (28%), 13 in July (28%), 1 in June (2%) and 2 in May (4%). Deaths were from NCR (23 or 49%), Region 4A (11 or 23%), Region 7 (4 or 9%), Region 10 (3 or 6%), Region 1 (1 or 2%), Region 3 (1 or 2%), Region 5 (1 or 2%), Region 6 (1 or 2%), Region 9 (1 or 2%), and Region 11 (1 or 2%).”
Muling nagtanggal ng duplicates sa total case count ang DOH na nasa 20. Ang 15 sa mga ito raw ay recoveries at isa ang patay na.
Habang 24 na iba pang recoveries ang pinalitan ng tagging matapos matukoy sa validation na 14 ang patay na, 10 ang nagpapagaling pa.
