Nadagdagan pa ng 3,544 ang bilang ng mga COVID-19 cases sa Pilipinas, ayon sa Department of Health (DOH). Umakyat na ang total ngayon sa 269,407.
Ayon sa ahensya, 10 laboratoryo ang bigong makapag-submit ng datos kahapon sa kanilang COVID-19 Data Repository System. Kabilang sa listahan ang:
- Lanao del Norte Covid-19 Testing Laboratory
- Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center
- Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center
- Marikina Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory
- Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital
- Pasig City Children’s Hospital – Child’s Hope
- Safeguard DNA Diagnostics
- San Pablo College Medical Center
- The Doctors Hospital, Inc.
- Valenzuela Hope Molecular Laboratory
Mula sa higit 3,000 bagong kaso ng sakit, 90% ang nag-positibo sa nakalipas na 14 na araw. Pinakamarami ang galing sa Calabarzon at National Capital Region.
“Of the 3,544 reported cases today, 3,177 (90%) occurred within the recent 14 days (September 2 – September 15, 2020). The top regions with cases in the recent two weeks were None (1,060 or 33%), Region 4A (592 or 19%) and NCR (564 or 18%).”
Samantala, nabawasan ang total ng recoveries sa kabila ng 395 na nadagdag sa bilang ng mga gumaling. Ang total recoveries sa ngayon ay 207,352. Mas mababa mula sa 207,504 kahapon.
Paliwanag ng ahensya, may 538 recoveries na pinalitan ng tagging matapos matukoy sa validation na dalawa ang patay na at 536 ang nagpapagaling pa.
May 25 duplicates ding tinanggal ang DOH sa total case count, kung saan siyam ang recoveries at isa ang death case.
Pumapalo na sa 4,663 ang death toll ng COVID-19 sa bansa dahil sa additional na 34 deaths.
“Of the 34 deaths, 29 occurred in September (85%), 3 in August (9%) 1 in May (3%) and 1 in April (3%). Deaths were from NCR (13 or 38%), Region 4A (5 or 15%), Region 2 (3 or 9%), Region 7 (3 or 9%), Region 3 (2 or 6%), Region 5 (2 or 6%), Region 10 (2 or 6%), Region 6 (1 or 3%), Region 8 (1 or 3%), Region 9 (1 or 3%), and BARMM (1 or 3%).”
