“May I remind the public that even if the ABS-CBN franchise expires on the said date on March, it doesn’t mean that ABS-CBN will close completely because the rule of thumb. I believe this in the committee we were briefed on this is that while 18th Congress is still ongoing hindi po titigil ang services ng ABS-CBN hanggat po hindi natatapos ang 18th Congress,” ani Albano.
“Siguro nangangamba yung iba na by March 30 yung expiration ng kanilang contract because they file the petition in the House of Representatives then this petition is being heard and then by virtue of yung sinasabi nating clearance in Congress ay hindi pa naglalapse dahil nakapagapply po sila ng position,” dagdag pa nito.
