Nasa kabuuang 20 legislative measures ang inaprubahan sa 2nd Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) full meeting na pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na ginanap sa Palasyo ng Malacañan Palace para sa legislative approval bago magtapos ang taong 2023.
Sinabi ng Pangulo na ang nasabing 20 panukalang batas ay kabilang sa priority sectors gaya ng infrastructure at health care na handang maipasa pagdating ng December 2023.
Kabilang sa inaprubahan sa pulong kasama ang Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council ang amyenda sa Public-Private Partnership bill, ang pagtatag sa National Disease Prevention Management Authority, E-Commerce Law, Mandatory ROTC at NSTP,E-Governance, Ease of Paying Taxes, Revitalizing Salt Industry.
Ilan pa sa isinusulong ng Marcos Jr. administration ang pagsasabatas sa Waste-to-Energy Bill, New Philippine Passport Act, Magna of Filipino Seafarers at National Employment Act, amendments sa Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas-endorsed Bank Deposit Secrecy, and, Anti-Financial Account Scamming Act (AFASA) bills.
Labinwalo sa 20 panukalang batas ang kabilang sa 42 priority legislative measures na tinalakay sa first LEDAC meeting nuong October 2022.
Sa 42 bills, tatlo dito ang nilagdaan bilang ganap ng batas. Ito ang (RA 11934 or An Act Requiring the Registration of Subscriber Identity Module; RA 11935 or the Postponement of Brgy./SK elections at RA 11939 or Amendment to AFP Fixed Term).
Habang nakatakda namang lagdaan ng Pangulo ang tatlo pang panukalang batas, ito ang RA HB 6608 o ang Maharlika Investment Fund Act, HB 7751 o ang Department of Health Specialty Centers Act at ang HB 6336 or New Agrarian Emancipation Act.
Ang iba pang priority measures ay ang Passive Income and Financial Intermediary Taxation Act (PIFITA), National Land Use Act (NALUA), Enabling Law for the Natural Gas Industry, Apprenticeship Law, Philippine Ecosystem and Natural Capital Accounting System (PENCAS), Government Financial Institutions Unified Initiatives to Distressed Enterprises for Economic Recovery (GUIDE), Free Legal Assistance for Police and Soldiers, Negros Island Region, Leyte Ecological Industrial Zone, Eastern Visayas Development Authority, Philippine Immigration Bill, Comprehensive Infrastructure Development Master Plan, at Magna Carta of Barangay Health Workers.
Habang lima pang panukalang batas ang nasa legislative process gaya ng Budget Modernization Bill, Amendments to the Electric Power Industry Reform Act, Department of Water Resources, National Defense Act, at Amendments to the Universal Healthcare Act.
Ang LEDAC ay siyang nagsisilbing consultative body ng chief executive.
