MANILA – Sa kabila ng tumataas na kaso ng coronavirus, itutuloy ng Supreme Court huling flag ceremony ni Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta sa Lunes, March 22.

Ayon sa SC Public Information Office, mahigpit na ipapatupad ang health protocols sa seremonya na dadaluhan mismo ni Peralta.
Nakatakdang mag-retiro ang punong mahistrado sa Huwebes, March 27.
Sinabi ng SC PIO na tanging mga incumbent justices, Chiefs of Offices, Office of the Chief Justice, mga opisyal ng Supreme Court Association of Lawyers Employees at Supreme Court Employees Association ang papayagang dumalo.
“All other personnel shall be prohibited in the venue.”
Hinimok ng Korte Suprema ang mga justices ng appellate court, trial court judges, at iba pang empleyado ng hudikatura na sa pamamagitan na lang ng live stream dumalo ng huling flag ceremony ni Peralta.
Ipapalabas daw ng tanggapan ang flag ceremony sa website ng Supreme Court at sa iba pang social media channels nito.
“Those who will be attending shall required to wear their face masks and face shields at all times while maintaining physical distancing during the flag ceremony.”
