Humarap si Engr. Brice Ericson Hernandez sa Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) ngayong Setyembre 19, 2025, alinsunod sa ipinalabas na subpoena.
Kaugnay ito ng imbestigasyon sa mga umano’y anomalya sa flood control projects sa Bulacan.
Tinalakay rin ang kanyang testimonya sa Senado at Kamara noong Setyembre 8 at 9, 2025.
Maluwag at kusang-loob niyang sinagot ang lahat ng tanong ng Commission.
Bilang tanda ng kooperasyon, boluntaryo niyang isinuko ang isa sa kanyang luxury vehicles.
“As a sign of good faith and his willingness to further cooperate with the Commission, Mr. Hernandez is voluntarily surrendering one of his luxury vehicles to the Commission, and others to follow. In the meantime, the testimony of Engr. Hernandez was adjourned and shall continue upon the directive of the Commission,” pahayag ng ICI na may lagda ni Chairman Andres Reyes Jr.
Ipagpapatuloy ang pagdinig sa kanyang testimonya sa itinakdang petsa ng Commission.
