Donovan Mitchell delivered a performance for the ages with his insane 71-point performance in Cleveland’s 145-134 win over Chicago.
This is the highest-scoring individual output since Kobe Bryant’s 81 points in 2015 and the first 70-point game since Devin Booker in 2017.
Mitchell did it in only 34 shot attempts making 22 of them, along with 20-out-of-25 shooting from the free throw line.
He also added eight rebounds and 11 assists to cap off his history game, the highest-pointer in Cavs history.

The sports world went crazy over his performance as he recreated Luka Doncic’s intentional free-throw miss, resulting in his follow-up bucket to force OT and eventually win the game.
