Nakatakda nang ilipat sa Bureau of Immigration (BI) sa Bicutan, Taguig City ang convicted American sex offender na wanted sa Estados Unidos habang hinihintay nito ang kanyang deportation.
Ayon kay BI Commissioner Jaime Morente, ang pugante ay kinilalang si Michael Dennis Hartsock, 71 na naaresto ng mga operatiba ng Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) sa Brgy. Ubojan, Loon, Bohol City.
Base sa records, wanted ang banyaga sa anim na bilang ng sexual contact sa mga menor de edad.
Ibinahagi ni Morente na nag-isyu ito ng mission order kasunod na rin ng hiling ng mga otoridad sa US para tulungan silang tuntunin ang kinaroroonan ni Hartsock.
“The fugitive is an undocumented and overstaying alien who poses risk to the security and safety of the public, especially of Filipino children. We will deport him and put him on the BI’s blacklist to prevent him from re-entering the country,” he added.
Sinabi naman ni FSU Head Bobby Raquepo na nahuli ang suspek sa tulong ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa Bohol.
“Hartsock is the subject of a 10-year old Warrant of Arrest issued by the San Joaquin County Superior Criminal Court in California,” ani Raquepo added
Dagdag ni Morente, si Hartsock ay undocumented alien dahil paso na ang kanyang pasaporte noon pang 2017.
