Mahigit 95 percent ng pambansang pondo ang nailabas na ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) hanggang noong katapusan ng Setyembre.
Ayon sa DBM, P3.491 trillion na sa ilalim ng P3.662 trillion 2019 national budget ang kanilang nailabas.
Sa naturang halaga, P2.011 trillion na ang naibigay ng DBM para sa mga line departments kabilang na ang alokasyon para sa mga ahensya sa Executive branch, Congress, Judiciary, at iba pang opisina.
Samantala, tumaas naman sa P1.070 trillion ang allotment releases para sa automatic appropriations.
Kabilang dito ang Internal Revenue Allotment ng mga local government units, pension ng mga dating Pangulo at kanilang biyuda, net lending, interest payments, at tax expenditures funds o customs duties, at taxes.
Sinabi rin ng DBM na P50.254 billion na ang kanilang nailabas para sa retirement at life insurance premium requirements.
“The immediate release of funds by the DBM will ensure that national government agencies are able to swiftly implement their programs and projects, such as the construction of new roads, schools, and hospitals, and the protection and promotion of the welfare of the poor and marginalized sectors, among others,” saad ng DOF.
Pagdating naman sa special purpose funds (SPFs), sinabi ng DBM na P317.882 billion na ang kanilang nailabas.
