85 sanggol mula Texas County, nag-positibo sa COVID-19

Kinumpirma ni Corpus Christi Nueces County Director of Public Health Annere Rodriguez na 85 sanggol ang nagpositibo sa coronavirus disease sa Texas County.

Sinabi ni Rodriguez na base sa statistics na kaniyang hawak ay lahat umano ng batang ito ay wala pang isang taong-gulang.

Nagbigay babala rin si Corpus Christi city manager Peter Zanoni na patuloy ang pagtaas ng kaso ng deadly virus sa naturang lugar.

“Amongst metropolitan counties in Texas, Nueces County has the fastest growing, the fastest case growth in new cases right now on the seven-day average than any other metropolitan county in the state,” saad nito. “And that’s a problem.”

Sa kasalukuyan ay mayroon ng 8,171 COVID-19 cases sa Corpus Christi at 82 na ang namamatay.
