Due to heavy rains, flash floods killed 13 people in the provinces of Turkey.
5 dead bodies were found in a basement apartment in parts of Sanliurfa province, and two other body was trapped in a van.
4 other people were reported dead, and two firefighters are missing.
Streets were filled with floodwaters and cars were swept away.

It can be remembered that the affected area was previously devastated by a magnitude 7.8 earthquake.
Now, a lot of residents were left homeless and some were reported missing.
The majority of the victims evacuated, and dozens of divers are now doing the search and rescue operations.
