Ipinag-utos ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., ang paggawad ng service incentive at rice allowance para sa mga empleyado ng gobyerno.
Sa inisyung administrative order, ang ibibigay na service recognition incentive (SRI) ay one-time grant na hindi lalagpas sa P20,000 para sa mga empleyado sa executive department.
Kabilang sa mga entitled na makatanggap ng nasabing insentibo ay ang civilian personnel sa national government agencies (NGAs) saklaw dito sa state universities and colleges (SUCs), government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), mga regular, contractual o casual employee, miyembro ng military at police gayundin ang mga fire at jail personnel sa ilalim ng Department of the Interior and local Government (DILG).
kasama din na mabibigyan ng SRI grant ang mga kawani mula sa Bureau of Corrections (buCor), Philippine Coast guard (PCG) at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA).
Maaari ding mabigyan ng one-time SRI na hindi lalagpas sa P20,000 ang mga empleyado sa dalawang kapulungan ng Kongreso, judiciary, Office of the Ombudsman at Constitutional offices.
Samantala, ang one-time rice allowance naman ay igagawad sa mga kawani ng gobyerno kabilang ang mga civilian personnel sa national government agencies (NGAs) kabilang ang state universities and colleges (SUCs), government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), government financial institutions (GFIs), government instrumentalities na may corporate powers at government corporate entities na mayroong regular, contractual o casual position.
Entitled din ang military, police, fire, jail units and facilities, at mga empleyado ng BuCor, PCG, at NAMRIA.
Maaari ding mabigyan ng rice assistance ang mga indibidwal o grupo na ang serbisyo ay may kinalaman sa job orders, contracts of service o ib apang kahalintulad na working arrangements.
