Kinumpiska ng Bureau of Customs kasama ang Manila International Container Port-Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (MICP-CIIS) at National Bureau of Investigation-Special Action Unit (NBI-SAU) ang sangkaterbang mga produkto dahil sa paglabag sa Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) sa Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City.
Isinagawa ang inspection sa warehouse sa pamamagitan ng Letter of Authority (LOA) na inisyu ng commissioner ng Customs.
Kabilang sa mga kinumpiskang mga kagamitan ay mga imported kitchenware, housewares, IPR goods, mga foodstuff at iba pa.
Sinasabing ang mga smuggled goods ay tinatayang aabot ang halaga sa P190 million.
Nakatakda namang maglabas ang mga otoridad ng warrant of seizure and detention laban sa mga ipinuslit na kontrabando dahil sa paglabag sa Section 118 (f) ng Republic Act (RA) No. 10863 o kaya ng Customs Modernization and Tariff Act in relation to Intellectual Property Code of 1999.
