Ikinatuwa ni Co ang nasabing kautusan ng chief executive.
Ayon kay Rep. Co, sang-ayon siya sa naging desisyon ng Pangulo dahil matagal na umano niya itong adbokasiya.
Naniniwala si Co na sa pamamagitan nito, mabibigyan ng pagkakataon ang industriya ng agrikultura na higit pang lumago at umunlad.
Dagdag pa ng mambabatas, malaking tulong ang geo mapping upang lalo pang mailabas at mapahusay ang potensyal ng ating agricultural resources.

Ipinuno ng solon ang kahalagahan ng pag streamline sa proseso ng land titling at resource allocation.
“With accurate and up-to-date information about the parcels of land, we can address the titling problem more efficiently, enabling us to move forward with agricultural development initiatives and secure a brighter future for our farmers,” dagdag pa ni Co.
Siniguro din ng mambabatas na suportado nito ang mga mga magsasaka na layong mapa-angat ang kanilang buhay sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng sapat na tulong mula sa pamahalaan.
