Ayon kay Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, kakailanganin ng 12 Cabinet Secretaries at daalwang commissioners na humiling para sa reappointment mula sa Pangulong Bongbong Marcos matapos ma-bypassed ng CA.’
Sa listahang ibinahagi ng Senate President, kabilang sa na-bypassed ang ad interim appointments sina Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles, Energy Secretary Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla, Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno, Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar,Information and Communications Technology Secretary Ivan John Enrile Uy,Migrant Workers Secretary Maria Susana Ople,Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan, Science and Technology Secretary Renato Solidum Jr., Social Welfare and Development Secretary Erwin Tulfo, Trade Secretary Alfredo Pascual, Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista, National Economic and Development Authority Secretary Arsenio Balisacan at Commission on Audit Chairman Jose Calida.
Ang appointments nina DSWD Secretary Tulfo at DPWH Sec. Bonoan ay tatalakayin sana ng CA ngayong araw subalit ipinagpaliban dqahil sa kinapos sa oras.
Ito ay dahil tinapos pa ang ratipikasyon ng daalwang mahalagang bicameral reports para maging batas.
Kasama din sa presidential appointees na nabypassed si Atty Vic Rodriguez bilang Executive Secretary.
