Jayson Tatum had one of those nights.

The Boston Celtics superstar set a new All-Star Game scoring record of 55 points to lead Team Giannis over Team LeBron, 184-175.

Tatum caught fire in the second half and continued to do so in the final frame, in which the game was set at first to reach 182 points.

Easily he also won the Kobe Bryant All-Star MVP award.

Meanwhile, Damian Lillard, who earlier in the weekend won the three-point shootout, had the honor to seal the game with a triple for his 26-point performance.

Donovan Mitchell joined the triples parade for Team Giannis, who had 40 points built on eight three-pointers.

Overall, they hit 29 three-pointers compared to only 17 by Team LeBron.

The win also ended the five-year reign of LeGM in the All-Star Game.
