Naniniwala si Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin na resulta ng isang malisyosong pag-iisip ang kumakalat na internal memorandum kung saan pinapatalsik sa pwesto si House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Sinabi ni Bersamin na layon ng pagpapakalat ng nasabing pekeng memo ay maghasik ng pagka watak-watak sa hanay ng mga kandidato ng administrasyon.
Sinabi ni Bersamin ang pagpapakalat ng nasabing dokumento ay isang tahasang pagtatangka na magpakalat ng disinformation.
Mariing itinanggi ni Bersamin ang autheniticity ng umano’y internal memorandum.
” It has come to our attention that an internal memorandum purportedly issued by the undersigned as Executive Secretary and detailing a discussion of a survey presentation and hinting at a change in the leadership of the House of Representatives has been circulating on social media. The Office of the Executive Secretary categorically denies the authenticity of said memorandum. Apparently the spurious memorandum is a blatant attempt to spread disinformation and to sow division in the ranks of the Administration candidates. It should be dismissed as the handiwork of malicious minds,” mensahe ni Bersamin.
