Humaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 3(e) ng R.A. 3019 o Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, R.A. 10606 o National Health Insurance Act of 2013 at R.A. 6713 o Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and
Employees.
Committee from PhilHealth Regional Office National Capital Region (PRO-NCR).
