Anthony Davis turned unstoppable in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals after dropping 30 points, and 23 rebounds and becoming the fourth player in Lakers history to record a 30-20 game.

The Lakers made separation in the third quarter before the Warriors went on a 14-0 run in the fourth to tie the game. However, D’Angelo Russell scored a bank shot before LeBron James sank a free-throw for a three-point lead.

James then missed on a three-pointer giving Golden State a chance to tie but Jordan Poole missed a 28-footer while the Lakers regained possession.

Dennis Schroder delivered the dagger with his two free-throws.

Davis capped off his monster Game 1 with five more assists, and four blocks.

James meanwhile added 22 points, 11 boards, and five dimes while Russell had 19.

Stephen Curry scored 27 for the dubs while Klay Thompson had 25 all on a losing effort.
