ILOILO CITY – The suspension of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) has been withdrawn to all operating motorbancas with Iloilo-Guimaras route and vice-versa.
This decision came a week after the unfortunate tragedy when three motorbancas capsized in Iloilo Strait that claimed the lives of 31 passengers.
In an interview of Bombo Radyo Iloilo with Guimaras Governor Samuel Gumarin, he confirmed that the lifting of the said suspension was based on the directives of Department of Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade.
However, there are certain conditions before these

2.75% passenger capacity
3.Rolling or removing of tarps
4.Wearing life vests throughout the voyage
5.trips are from 6 AM to 6 PM only
