50 injured after bus falls into 50-meter ravine in Sorsogon

LEGAZPI CITY – An Eagle Star passenger bus fell down into a 50-meter ravine in Brgy. Hidhid, Matnog, Sorsogon.

The bus was on its way to Matnog, Sorsogon from Metro Manila when it suddenly loses its control and fell into the ravine, according to Matnog Municipal Police.

The Eagle Star bus was carrying 50 passengers. The driver was identified as Felix Calipes, 32, a resident of P7, Oquendo Poblacion, Calbayog City.

All victims were rushed to the nearest hospital immediately.
