Dwyane Wade and Dirk Nowitzki’s careers seemed linked as both headlined the Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2023.

Wade and Nowitzki faced each other twice in the NBA finals, tied at 1-1.
They both called it a career in the same year, played their last All-Star Game together, and now both will be inducted into the Hall of Fame simultaneously.

While they are apparent first-ballot HoF, the class of 2023 is filled with much-deserving names in Tony Parker and Pau Gasol, along with two legendary coaches, Becky Hammon, and Gregg Popovich.

Jim Valvano, former North Carolina State head coach Gene Keady, coach Gary Blair, David Hixon, and Gene Bess are others.

They will be officially welcome by basketball royalty on August 11th and 12th.
