The Miami Heat suffered a big blow in their quest to return to the NBA Finals as veteran PJ Tucker is set to undergo MRI and possibly miss several games against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.
As per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, the MRI determines Tucker’s left knee injury level.
This can be a series shifter as Boston even the series at 1-1 after the return of Marcus Smart and Al Horford.
It is also uncanny to see a defense-oriented Miami blown out by 25-points, allowing its opponent well over the century mark (127-102).
With Tucker sidelined, tactician Erik Spoelstra will have to put a new game plan for Miami to stop Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown
