Breakthrough OPM sensation Zack Tabudlo has topped the debut list of Billboard’s newest chart Hits of the World (Philippines Songs).

For the week of February 19, 2022, the 20-year-old Filipino singer is at number 1 with his song “Pano”.

Released in December 2021, the song has already been viewed 39 million times on YouTube, and has surpassed 25 million streams on Spotify.

It has also ruled the Top 50 Philippines chart for 62 days, officially breaking the record for the longest running number 1 OPM song on Spotify Philippines history, which was previously held by IV of Spades’ “Mundo.”

Meanwhile, Zack proves his undeniable popularity with “Habang Buhay”, another hit song from the singer, which is at number 2 in the chart.

His viral hits “Binibini” and “Nangangamba” are also at number 13 and 18 respectively.

This milestone makes Tabudlo the artist with the most number of songs appearing in the launch of the Billboard chart in the country.

Joining Zack in the chart’s Top 5 are fellow OPM artists Arthur Nery with “Pagsamo” at number 4 and Nobita with “Ikaw Lang.”

Indonesian singer-songwriter Niki is at number 3 with the hit song ‘Every Summertime.”

Other artists in the Top 10 include Adele, Filipino singer Adie, Filipino rapper Al James, Taylor Swift, and the cast from Disney’s “Encanto”.

According to Billboard, the new Hits of the World represent the top 25 song charts from more than 40 countries, covering territories throughout Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Africa.

The new chart ranking is based on streaming and digital sales.
