Nasungkit nina Vice Ganda at Krystel Go ang mga major acting awards sa taunang Gabi ng parangal ng 51st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) na ginanap nitong Sabado, Disyembre 27.
Itinanghal bilang best actor si Vice para para sa pelikulang ”Call Me Mother,” isang milestone sa kanyang karera bilang komedyante at box-office star.
Samantala, gumawa naman ng kasaysayan si Krystel Go matapos manalong Best Actress para sa ”I’mPerfect,” isang pelikulang tumatalakay sa mga batang may Down syndrome, na nagwagi rin ng Best Picture.
Ang gabi ng parangal ay dinaluhan ng mga filmmaker, cast, at mga lider ng industriya, bilang pagdiriwang sa tagumpay ng mga lokal na pelikula na bahagi ng MMFF ngayong taon.
