Errol Spence Jr. made a bold prediction for his upcoming fight against the living legend Manny Pacquiao on August 21st.

The unbeaten American claimed that it would be the last time Pacquaio will set foot in a boxing ring.

“I think he’ll retire, I think he’ll retire after this fight,” he said via Showtime.

Unlike Pacquiao’s previous opponents, Spence is not the trash-talking type; hence no spicy words are coming from him. But that doesn’t mean he will not come out to fight with his best.

“[A win over Pacquiao] will show everybody why I am one of the best fighters in the world,” he said. “And it will show everybody why I am the best 147-pounder in my division.”

Spence currently is the unified welterweight champion and is vying to collect all belts in the division in the following fights.
