Naka-code white alert ang Department of Health (DOH) para proaktibong mamonitor ang anumang insidente na mangyayari bunga ng pagdaraos ng barangay at SK elections.
Ang code white alert ay nangangahulugan ng kahandaan ng mga hospital staff kabilang ang general at orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, internists, operating room nurses, ophthalmologists, at otorhinolaryngologist para tumugon sa anumang emergency.
Sa ilalim din ng Code White Alert, ang emergency service, nursing, at administrative personnel na nakatira sa hospital dormitory ay inilagay sa on-call status para sa agarang deployment.
Nagdeploy din ang DOH sa Command Center ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) para mamonitor ang health stations at Human Resources for Health na nakadeploy sa BSKE.
Nakahanda rin ang Centers for Health Development (CHDs) at mga ospital na tumanggap ng mga pasyente na nagtamo ng injuries at iba pang health concerns na resulta ng idinaos na BSKE.
