Nakatakdang iharap ng House Prosecution panel ang mga opisyal ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at House of Representatives bilang mga testigo sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte na sisimulan na sa araw ng Lunes, Hulyo 6.
Sa isinumiteng manifestation ng prosekusyon, nakasaad na kabilang sa mga unang testigo na ihaharap ay sina NBI Regional Director Atty. Jeremy Lotoc, NBI Senior Agent John Mark Calilung at Legislative Security Bureau Executive Director Capt. Belinda Bello ng Office of the Sergeant-of-Arms.
Inilista ang tatlo bilang testigo para sa ikaapat na article of impeachment, na nagaakusa sa Bise Presidente ng culpable violation of the Constitution, high crimes at betrayal of public trust may kaugnayan sa umano’y pagbabanta ng Bise President na i-assassinate sina Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos at dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Isasagawa ang presentasyon ng mga testigo ng prosekusyon mula sa Hulyo 6 hanggang Hulyo 8.
