Mayweather wears PH flag trunks in exhibition bout that ended in riot

Floyd Mayweather Jr. once again made news but in a little different situation as his exhibition bout with John Gotti III ended up in chaos.

The match was stopped in the sixth round but the two fighters continued trash-talking that provoked Gotti to chase after Mayweather despite the referee stopping the fight.

Both threw punches and that’s where their camps stepped in, not to stop but to join the rumble.

However, Mayweather was separated immediately and refused to participate anymore, while some of his men got their emotions the best of them causing a disqualification.

In the fight, the unbeaten retired pro boxer wore a Philippine flag trunk to show respect to the country who celebrated their Independence Day.
