The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has offered P315 million in aid to victims of Habagat, Supertyphoon Egay, and Typhoon Falcon.
This comprises P144 million in family food packs and non-food items, as well as P104 million in cash support.
More than 5,000 barangays in regions 1, 2, 3, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, 5, Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas, and Central Visayas received assistance.
Also included are CAR, NCR, Davao Region, and SOCCSARGEN.
The spokesperson of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Assistant Secretary Romel Lopez, assured that they will continue to support the families who have not yet returned to their homes.
