“Visa issuance to all foreign nationals is suspended with immediate effect
Visa free privileges base on visa free agreements. Those under Executive Order 408 series of 1960 holders of Hong Kong, Macau SAR passports, Macau-Portuguese passport, and British National Overseas passports are also suspended effective March 22, 2020,” nakasaad sa resolusyon.

“Foreign spouses and children of Filipino’s are exempted from the above suspension.”

“Foreign nationals with visa’s previously issued by foreign service posts will not be allowed entry into the country starting March 22, 2020, except: (a) accredited foreign government and international organization officials and their dependents; and (b) foreign spouses and children of Filipino nationals whose visa’s will remain valid and will be honored when entering the country even after said date.”
