Beginnings:
Bombo Don Dolido started his carrer as a a field reporter in 1999. He worked his way up as an achorman " accidentally." This story is really funny, the anchorman that time for Bombo Reports Afternoon Edition, Mr. Ely Estante, had to go to the rest room to relieved himself and place him on the spot to anchor the afternoon program, and the rest is history.
Radio History:
Now handling Bombohanay Bigtime which tackles the burning issues for the day has developed both the admiration of politicians, government officials and ordinary people from all walks of life for his versatility and objectiveness, and the anger of those people subjected by his commentaries. He is considered the most well-rounded anchorman as he anchored and became the second-liner for almost all top Bombo Radyo Iloilo's public affairs program before he was ultimately given the break to anchor Bombo Reports First Edition ( 4am-6am) in 2003.

Bombo Don Dolido, like Bombo Radyo in general, is considered one of the most influential mediaman in the city and province of Iloilo. As his commentaries and expose often quoted by politicians and policy makers in changing their ideas or policies on a particular matter.
