CRIMINOLOGIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION RESULTS RELEASED IN FOUR (9) DAYS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 5,046 out of 14,142 passed the Criminologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Criminology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last September 2009. The results of examination with respect to four (4) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

The members of the Board of Criminology who gave the licensure examination are Dir. Lourdes W. Aniceto, Chairman; Pros. Carolina J. Esguerra and Atty. Ernesto V. Cabrera, Members.

The results were released in nine (9) working days from the last day of examination.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Thursday, October 15, 2009 but not later than Friday, November 6, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Tent City, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila.

Registration for membership with The Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) will start on Thursday, October 15, 2009.

RESULTS OF LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR TEACHERS
RELEASED IN THIRTY-SEVEN (33) WORKING DAYS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 8,045 elementary teachers out of 43,086 examinees (18.67%), 26 Accelerated Teacher Education Program (A.T.E.P.) graduates out of 146 examinees (17.81%) and 10,792 secondary teachers out of 38,339 examinees (28.15%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given by the Board for Professional Teachers on October 4, 2009 in 23 testing centers all over the Philippines. The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Brenda B. Corpuz, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Reynaldo T. Peña and Dr. Faith M. Bachiller, Members.

The results of examination with respect to two thousand eight hundred sixteen (2,816) examinees were withheld as per Board Resolution Nos. 34 & 35 (A) dated October 30, 2009, No. 38 dated November 5, 2009 and Nos. 42 & 44 dated November 13, 2009, Series of 2009.

R.A. No. 7836 known as the “Philippine Teachers Professionalization Act of 1994” States: “Every registrant shall be required to take his professional oath before practicing as a professional teacher” (Sec. 18). Mass oath taking for the LET passers are organized by the Board. The dates and venues of mass oath taking are given below:

Oath taking tickets are available at the Office of Professional Teachers, 3^rd Floor, PRC Annex Building for NCR and Region IV passers starting November 18, 2009 (Wednesday) and at the PRC regional offices for the passers from the other regions.

REPORTS OF RATING will be distributed to successful examinees on the day of the oath taking ceremonies, except for N.C.R. and Region IV.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced later. RESULTS OF LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR MIDWIFE
RELEASED IN THIRTY-SEVEN (3) WORKING DAYS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,110 out of 6,091 passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this November 2009.

The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination are
Dr. Alejandro R. San Pedro, Chairman; Dr. Remy B. Dequiña, Dr. Josephine H. Hipolito, Ms. Lolita I. Dicang and Ms. Rhodora L. Lopez, Members.

The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examination.

Registration for membership with the Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines (IMAP) will start on Monday, November 23, 2009.

621 mga bagong doktor - PRC

Inanunsyo ngayon ng Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) na umaabot sa 621 ang mga nakapasa mula sa kabuuang 1,344 examinees na ibinigay sa Physician (Complete, Finals and Finals with Prelims) Licensure Examination ng Board of Medicine sa mga syudad ng Manila at Cebu ngayong buwan ng Pebrero.

Ayon sa PRC inilabas ang resulta tatlong araw lamang makalipas ang pagsusulit kung saan isa mula sa 11 ang nakapasa sa preliminary examinations.

Ang mga miyembro ng Board of Medicine ay kinabibilangan nina Dr. Mildred N. Pareja, bilang chairman; habang ang mga miyembro ay sina, Dr. Florentino C. Doble, Dr. Restituto C. De Ocampo, Dr. Edgardo T. Fernando, Dr. Miguel L. Noche Jr., at Dr. Jose Y. Cueto, Jr.

Tinanghal na topnotcher ang University of Santo Tomas (UST) graduate na si Zane Kevin Ko Gervacio, na nakakuha ng 88.30 percent sa Medical Technologist Licensure Examination na ibinigay ng Board of Medical Technology sa mga syudad ng Maynila, Baguio at Cebu nitong buwan ng Marso.

Umaabot sa 514 ang mga nakapasa mula sa 873 na kabuuang kumuha ng pagsusulit.

Ang bumubuo ng Board of Medical Technology na nagbigay ng licensure examination ay kinabibilangan nina Dr. Marietta C. Baccay, bilang chairman; habang mga miyembro ay sina Ms. Marilyn R. Atienza at Ms. Marian M. Tantingco.

Ayon sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) magsisimula ang registration para sa issuance ng Professional Identification Card (ID) at Certificate of Registration ay sa Lunes March 15, 2010 hanggang March 26, 2010.

Paalala pa ng PRC ang mga successful examinees ay dapat aniyang personal na mag-register at lumagda sa Roster of Registered Professionals.

Ang oathtaking ceremony sa mga successful examinees at doon sa hindi nakapanumpa ng Oath of Professional ay gagawin sa harap ng Board sa Linggo ng April 11, 2010 ala una ng hapon sa Fiesta Pavillon ng Manila Hotel, lungsod ng Maynila.
