Star FM Dagupan

Beginnings: He was only 19 years old way back 1998,
when he started as a Side kick Disc Jockey; since then
he was given a chance to show his talents on the air,
and was given a break for two years.

Radio History: Proving that he can give and share more
of his talents in entertaining listeners he decided to join
the Star FM Dagupan Family, last August of 2000. With
his talent and ability, he was also given a chance to be
a Station Manager of Star FM Cauayan Isabela. By
2002 he went to Taiwan and work as an OCW going
back to the Philippines only last 2004, August of 2006
he re- applied, and was again given the chance to work
and be part of his considered second home: STAR FM
DAGUPAN.

Last March 2007. Jay Oriles was appointed as the
Acting Station Manager of 100.7 Star FM Dagupan.

Claim to fame: JAY ORILES - a big fish known as
"yellow fin" easily captured and tickles the heart of
listeners in Dagupan City, with his humorous and
informative adlibs, and a combination of impersonating
some well known personalities like Mike Enriquez,
Inday Garutay, Fidel Valdez Ramos, and Kuya Cesar as
his so called tandem.

Indeed, today Jay Oriles made a name in radio with his
portion, Dearest Kuya Jay Oriles - a letter reading
portion. At first, seemingly reading a very serious letter
in the end, there's a twist, it is only a joke... this is now
the most awaited portion/part of the Morning Star Sweep
program in entire Pangasinan…

His programs today include: THE MORNING
STARSWEEP - 6 am to 9am ( Mon to Saturday )
ROCK RUMBLE - 5 pm to 7pm ( Saturday).
