Beginnings: He ventured in the world of radio broad-
casting way back May of 2005 right after he graduated
in college. He was absorbed by Star FM Baguio
because they believe in his abilities and capabilities. His
air name? It wasn't his choice but it was his co-DJs who
gave him the air name "Boy Bawang". Now, he stands
to his given air name loud and proud.

Radio History: To be-friend the microphone was not an
easy task for "Boy Bawang" considering the fact that he
has no professional backgrounds in radio and that his
voice was too pitchy for a boy like him. Nevertheless,
time gave him the opportunity to explore his horizons
and become an icon. Now, being one of the pilots of the
airwaves, he has become his microphone's bestfriend…
working hand-in-hand to become the bridge of the latest
news and information to the listening public.

Claim to Fame: Today, working as a radio jock at Star
FM Baguio, "Boy Bawang" also known as Double B,
has developed his versatility in program handling thereby
gaining more listeners from in and around the summer
capital and nearby towns who are reached by the
airwaves.

His programs today include: Weekdays: "Afternoon
Starsweep" from 3 PM to 5 PM; It's All For You in The
Evening from 9 PM to 11 P. Weekends "Morning
Starsweep" from 6 AM to 9 AM; "Starmusikainan" from
11 to 12 NN and the mother of all countdowns, the
"Perfect Ten Countdown" from 12 NN to 1 PM. During
Sundays, he handles the program "Sunday Disco
Flashback" from 6 AM to 8 AM and "Vault of Rock
Presents the Legends of the 70's and 80's" from 5 PM
to 7 PM.
